Cathy Anesi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, families, and groups. She supervises the therapeutic staff at The Lighthouse. She is a Reiki Master, has Certifications in Cranial Sacral Therapy, and completed level 4 training in the PURE healing light energy. Cathy’s sessions are unique in that she utilizes energy healing modalities combined with traditional psychotherapy where appropriate. This method is an extremely effective way to help clients process sometimes painful emotional issues easily in an environment of support and healing. Cathy’s passion is facilitating groups concentrating on the empowerment and self-care of women. Her compassion and non-judgmental Spirit offers a space that is nurturing and healing.

We will spend the first module examining your life. How did you get here? Where did you come from? What kind of family did you come from? What are some of their beliefs? Is your life the way you thought it would be? What doesn’t make sense?
Modules 3-4

We see our lives through the filters of limiting beliefs that distort our view of situations in our lives leading us to prove over and over again that our limiting beliefs are true. We'll identify our limiting beliefs by exploring our thoughts about important aspects of our lives. We will uncover these belief systems so we can release them and replace them with more positive and truthful ideas about ourselves. Afterall, thoughts create reality.​

Letting go of a negative belief system that runs deep is no easy task. In this month we will learn to recognize these negative ideas when they rear their ugly head and learn to choose a new way of responding and being.  Your experience will begin to reflect these new ideas about self.

What do you want for yourself, your life, your world? What is important to you? How do you choose to live?
